Hermès Opens Maison Bond Street: A New Landmark for Luxury in London
Hermès has officially opened its newest Maison in London, marking a significant milestone for the French luxury house and reinforcing its position as one of the world's most influential brands.
Located at 166 New Bond Street, Maison Bond Street is far more than a retail store. Spanning six interconnected historic buildings and featuring 55 rooms across five floors, the new flagship represents one of the most ambitious Hermès projects to date.
With its opening, London joins an exclusive group of cities—including Paris, New York, Tokyo, Seoul, and Shanghai—that are home to an Hermès Maison.
A Historic Setting for a Modern Maison
The new flagship occupies six Grade II listed buildings on one of London's most prestigious shopping streets. These protected historic structures have been carefully restored and reimagined to create a space that reflects both London's heritage and the timeless elegance of Hermès.

Designed by French architect Denis Montel in collaboration with Rena Dumas Architecture Intérieure, the project began in 2021 and took several years to complete. The result is a seamless blend of history, architecture, art, and luxury retail.
Visitors will discover unique spaces throughout the Maison, including rooms once associated with notable historical figures such as Florence Nightingale. The building's rich history adds another layer of character to an already remarkable destination.
More Than a Boutique
Maison Bond Street has been designed as an immersive experience that showcases the full world of Hermès.
Across five floors, visitors can explore collections spanning leather goods, ready-to-wear, silk, jewelry, watches, home décor, and equestrian-inspired creations.
