5. Refunds & Returns
At Randolph Goods, we guarantee that all our products are 100% authentic and of the highest quality. While we strive to ensure that you're completely satisfied with your purchase, please be aware that all sales are final unless otherwise indicated. We encourage buyers to ask any relevant questions prior to making an order. In the unlikely event of a major discrepancy between the condition of the bag and its listing description, we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis. If a significant difference is found, we may accept the item tentatively for a return. The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered. Upon receipt of the item, our team will inspect the item and thoroughly review all necessary information, and if your claim is approved, a refund will be processed. Please note that initiating a claim does not guarantee approval. To initiate a claim, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your purchase, providing clear photographs and a detailed explanation of the discrepancy.
Hermès products are entirely handmade by skilled artisans, and as such, natural variations in things like: craftsmanship, leather texture, hardware or stamp placement, and accessory sizing are to be expected. These variations are a normal part of the artisanal process and are not considered defects or flaws. These characteristics do not qualify as grounds for return, refund, or exchange.
All items are pre-owned or vintage unless otherwise noted, and while we strive to provide the most accurate description possible, most items have had prior owners. Items may have undergone professional maintenance or replacements, including by the brand or third party trusted professionals. While we carefully inspect and authenticate each item before listing, we are not responsible for any previous modifications that are not immediately apparent or disclosed to us. Slight variations are to be expected with handmade and pre-owned items and do not constitute misrepresentation.
Buyer acknowledges that pre-owned and vintage luxury goods may show signs of wear consistent with age and prior ownership. Normal wear, minor marks, patina, oxidation, storage odor, subtle handling signs, or natural aging of materials do not qualify as discrepancies and are not grounds for return, refund, or exchange.
Hermès hardware, fine jewelry and luxury watches are plated in or composed of precious metals such as silver, palladium or gold. These materials are naturally prone to oxidation or slight tarnishing over time, especially when stored in boxes or exposed to varying humidity. This is not considered damage—it is a normal and expected characteristic of precious metals, and in most cases, can be gently polished if desired.
For all approved returns or canceled orders, refunds will be processed once the returned package is received and all applicable fees are confirmed. The item must be returned in the exact condition in which it was originally delivered. Please note that returns may involve additional time and costs, such as shipping fees, taxes, or other charges. The cost of the original shipment for the canceled order, as well as any expenses incurred during the return process, will be deducted from the refund amount.
Please note that while we strive to process returns and refunds as efficiently as possible, we cannot guarantee completion within any specific time frame. If needed, disputes may be handled through a mutually agreed-upon arbitration process, as outlined in our terms.
