A fascinating chapter in the evolution of the Birkin, the JPG Shoulder Birkin reimagines the iconic silhouette with a distinctly more relaxed, directional character. Created during Jean Paul Gaultier’s tenure as Hermès’ creative director, the design challenged the conventional proportions of the Birkin, introducing a longer, more fluid shape intended to be carried comfortably over the shoulder.
